The National Assembly (Parliament) of Armenia consists of 131 members (deputies):
  • 90 seats are awarded on the basis of a party-list proportional representation system with a 5% threshold for qualification
  • 41 members are elected in single-mandate districts
Deputies serve a five year term.
Elections to the Armenian legislature were last held in May 2007. Next elections will be held in May 2011.
