1991-1992, Head of Department in the Ministry of Industrial Construction Materials.
1992-1996, First Vice President of state enterprise “Kyrgyz Munayzat”.
1996-1998, First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of Kyrgyzstan.
1999-2001, Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2001-2005, Head of the Financial Police Regional Department in Bishkek.
Dec 2005-Apr 2006, Legal Advisor to the Chairman of the Financial Police Service.
Apr 2006, appointed as a Head of the Chamber of Accounts of Kyrgyzstan.
